I set this at 4 because this seems to be such an incredibly powerful attack. The difficulty to paralyze someone is not that high if you are able to hit them. If someone were to show my estimation wrong in that regard, I would go for Medicine 3, but it should be higher than Limb Immobilizing Method. - Shoggoth
Hi Shoggoth! ^_^ I agree that the Medicine requirement should be higher than for LIM(B), and I can see why you suggest 4, but I just feel more comfortable with 3 (considering that this is a second Ability requirement). I would reserve 4 for something like Wood Dragon Form. -- BrokenShade
