Elemental Dragon Meditation</b>

 Prerequisite Charms: Elemental Empowerment Method

While drawing raw essence from the Dragons and the world around them is fairly easily, actually using the raw elemental force of Creation to steel confidence and increase ones supply of mental willpower is a much more difficult endeavor and only those who have grown to be true savants of the Dragons can claim to have accomplished such.\\ The Elemental Dragon Meditation, sometimes called the Dragons Dance, requires the user to take one level of unsoakable bashing damage. In exchange for this, he can roll his Lore rating as dice (without counting tens twice) with each success gaining him one level of willpower. You can only use this charm a number of times per day equal to your permanent Essence.

Elemental Sorcery Trance</b>

 Duration: One scene
 Type: Simple
 Minimum Lore: 5
 Minimum Occult: 5
 Minimum Essence: 5
 Prerequisite Charms: Elemental Succor Method, Elemental Dragon Meditation, Terrestrial Circle Sorcery

The final achievement in knowledge of the Dragons and the Elements of Creation, a Terrestrial with this charm uses his elemental nature to become one of the most natural and powerful casters of Terrestrial Circle Sorcery in the land. While under the effects of the Elemental Sorcery Trance, all spells of Terrestrial Circle Sorcery have their costs in essence halved for the sorcery. If a half point remains after such division, round up.

While most Sorcerers find their art a draining and intense one, those who have fully mastered it’s mysteries find it much less so – their natural master of the art allowing them to more easily cast spells, and ultimately giving them the ability to wield more sorcery before they are fully mentally exhausted. When operating under the Will to Power, Essence flows through the brain of the Exalt, and whenever he spends Willpower to activate the Terrestrial Circle Sorcery charm he can use that expenditure to power two spells as long as no more than Occult turns pass between each individual casting. Note, this measures the time between the completion of one spell and the first turn of preparation of the next.


willpower regaining charm seems too cheap... I know it's essence 4, but with those... 2 average points of willpower, you can heal the health level with elemental succor (it's only bashing, easy to heal.) and spend a point to regain 5 motes of essence... and still come out 1 willpower up. If you can do that 4 times per day, it just seems... Unbalanced. Making it a lethal level would probably fix that, in my opinion.

The sorcery-halving charm also seems overpowered, but, I don't have reasoning for that, and it IS essence 5. Perhaps I could suggest it only works on charms which are obviously elementally aspected? (Maybe just ones which fit the sorcerer's aspect, at that)
