Anyone who is attacked by a fae using this charm feels as though a wave has just covered him in seething chaotic seafoam. The fae using this charm attacks normally using any combat skill and then, if she connects (regardless of whether the damage is soaked), the victim rolls stamina + resistance, at a difficulty of the fae's essence. If the victim fails, he suffers from a -1 action penalty for the scene. This charm stacks upon multiple uses.
