No where near as powerful or influencal, they carry the reputation of getting a job done regardless of the circumstances. They take on shadier clients that others may turn away and is in direct competition with the Brotherhood faction of the Guild. The Raining Quills also have a calm front that the populace is exposed to, as to not raise suspicion and destroy their business.
