Irrefutable Jewler's Loup

Long ago, during the hight of the First Age, it was common for the powerful beings that ruled the land to create minor wonders for their subordinates, to increase their meager powers, and for themselves, so they would not be required to expend their concentration on minor magics. One of these types of minor items became known as the Irrefutable Jewler's Loup, as it could examine an object at the smallest level and at the overall level, showing the pattern of the whole as well as the imperfections of the parts.
