Mnemon Thanit Rakhiel

Inspired by the eccentric inventor Anissina of Kyou Kara Maou!, Rakhiel specializes in a brand of inventing called Science!. She also enjoys long walks on the beach with her assistants and torturing her friend Gwendal.
