We've worked together off and on for the centuries it took for him to regain his status and for me to gain mine, and I probably know him better than anyone else in Yu-Shan or elsewhere. He is a shrewd judge of character, and I think that some of the recruits he chose for YOU ZHAO were chosen because he believes other administrators would not accept their... idiosyncrasies.
