--chuckles--  The idea of the Dragon-Blooded trying to punch and kick at their own magic swords makes me laugh, especially when I imagine what the Imperial City would look like.  BTW, can the Grand-Goremauls join in on the fun too, or are they going to be the ones to destroy the Daiklaive Deliberative? -- DarkWolff

In the First Age, the Primordials created the gods.

Then, the gods created the Exalts.

The gods and the Exalts turned against the rule of their creators, slaying them or sending them into Malfeas.

Then the Exalts became corrupt and decadent.

At the end of the First Age, the Terrestrial Exalted rose up against the order of their creators, striking down the Celestial Exalted.

Then the Terrestrial Exalted became corrupt.

Such is the cycle of Creation. The masters of this world create underlings, and when the masters become corrupt, their creations turn against them and rebel.

And so, just as the Solar Exalted turned against the Primordials to create an Empire of the First Age, and the Terrestial Exalted turned against the Solar Exalted to create an Empire of the Second Age, it is known that the Third Age will see the same cycle again.

The Dragon-Blooded Empire, decaying rulers of Creation, will be brought low by their own creations, the heirs to the Empire of the Third Age...
