The Solar Exalted can be irresistably powerful. The Dragon Blooded, when they speak of the words of the Anathema corrupting those who hear them, are not so far from the truth. For an elder Exalt, however, it is not necessary to speak to someone to convince them. Indeed, it is even possible to convince people that the Exalt has never met.
To use this Charm, the Exalt rolls Charisma (or Manipulation or Appearance, as appropriate) + Performance, which is treated as a normal roll. The power of the Essence lodges the results in the listeners minds, causing them to spread the Exalt's convictions like a virus. For as long as the Solar commits Essence--or until the next Calibration, whichever comes first--anyone who speaks to one of the 'carriers' must roll Conviction against a difficulty of the Solar's Essence or be convinced themselves. If the carrier is speaking about the Solar's original topic, this happens immediately. Otherwise, the change in belief comes gradually, over the course of the next week. There is no limit to the number of people who can be affected by this power, but it only works on beings of Essence 1.
