I made Two-Target method work (kinda) by making it Supplemental instead of Extra Action, thus allowing you to double the number of targets while halving the effect, without needing an extra action effect. I rationalize this as it is not creating another action, it is merely applying half the action to one target and half to the other, much like the solar Rain of Feathered Death applies one action multiple times to the same target. It could also do with being a little cheaper, 1 or maybe 2 motes, in my opinion. <br> -- [[Darloth]]

Changes

Arrow Shaping Method: No longer requires shaping the once living form,
Two-Target Method: Removed due to the fact it is worse than a split action, and very limited in scope, more-so than normal for charms.
