Long have the Blooded wanted to know the secrets of gauranteeing that their children would become Exalted. It was said the Shogunate once had records of such techniques that had come from their own scientists and from the even more skilled body manipulation devices and techniques of the Anathema before when they bred them as their armies and servants. Now in the second age such things are mostly unknown. This charm is often thought to exist but those who know it do not make its use become public knowledge. Keeping the technique close to themselves is far more profitable.

The use of this charm in a way supercharges the character's seed or egg so that when they next copulate their child is both almost gauranteed to exalt and that the child will be blessed with a strong bloodline. A mix of two blooded will make stronger children but even a mortal and blooded mix can produce strong breeding in the children. While all this is useful its hard for one not strong in essence or in bloodline themselves to manage this effect.

With the lifeforce of the dragons in them from this the mother and child are gauranteed to survive the childbirth. The roll to determine if the child will exalt adds one half the user's essence to the roll(round up). The child has a breeding score of the highest of the two users, and if both are blooded and have an equal level the child will have a level one higher then them to a max of 5 in Breeding.

When they next copulate their child is almost gauranteed to Exalt and be blessed with an excellent bloodline. A mix of two Exalted will make the strongest offspring but even a mortal lover can produce a potent bloodline. With the lifeforce of the Dragons in them the mother and child are gauranteed to survive childbirth. The roll to determine if the child will Exalt adds one half the user's Essence to the roll, rounded up. Exalted or not, the Breeding of the new child will be equal to the combined total of the two parents or 5, whichever is lower.
