Heavenly Wonders!

A potential Yu Shan game. Run by me, Mieu, with help from my husband Kazuki! :D Um. An all-Sidereal game, at least the way I'm seeing it. Half inspired by Kraken, who wanted "wonderous things" in his gamage. Also inspired by the fact I thought a Yu Shan game would rock. :O

Heavenly Wonders will start out slow, to let me describe in detail things that happen in daily life up in Yu Shan, and go all out with outlandish descriptiveness. Probably a really slow paced game at first, so don't go into it expecting gobs of action or excitement. Meant to be a fun, primarily social game, at least until you're sent to do work that *doesn't* involve a desk. :D You'll be dealing with a lot of gods and god-spawn, parties and gatherings, research and file-sorting, schmoozing for a promotion, traveling and delivering messages/packages, and just... makin' sure things run smoothly down in Creation!

I'd recommend having lots of social and knowledge related skills -- Bureaucracy, Lore, Linguistics, Performance, Presence, Socialize, Investigation. But that doesn't mean you ought not to take combat-oriented things as well. Or whatever else. Occult might help a lot dealing with the weird sorts of beings and activities you'll see up there.

For fun, take Familiars, Disciples, Allies (which can be gods, woo!) and Enemies! Acquaintances could be good too, but you'll likely not be in Creation for long, if you do. And of course, Connections. I like NPC interplay! I hope I will play out what you create well enough. ^_^; It also makes the surroundings up in Heaven seem that much more likely, at least I like to think so!

....and that's all I know for now. It may take me a while to actually start something like this, as I need to think up descriptions of whacked up gods, fantastic creatures and unusual locales. And events, to make this all worthwhile!

Oh yeah. I'm lookin' for 3-5 players, though I'll most likely be asking in #tower (my IRC channel.) BP, prolly in the realm of 40-60. Dunno yet!
