Here is a collection of examples of Artifact creation, some from a mechanical standpoint (mostly using the ArtifactCreationErrata), others from an ideas and storytelling standpoint, some from both. Feel free to add your own or shoot comments Guybrush's way.
Weapons
/TalonsOfInevitability - a pair of kick-arse throwing daggers, without special powers. A simple mechanical example from Guybrush.
