Sorcery
Resplendent Dragons Formation
Circle: Emerald
Cost: 10 motes per participant, 1xp per participant
This spell may only target Terrestrial Exalted and when cast, must target at least two and no more than five Dragon-Blooded. The targets must be willing and may reflexively supply up to 5 motes each to the caster, which may only be used to cast this spell. The targets may also provide the xp cost for the caster. If the sorcerer is a Terrestrial Exalt, he may include himself as a target. As it is cast, lines of essence trace through the air around the Dragon-Blooded in arcane patterns, weaving their animas into a single maelstrom of elemental destruction.
This spell allows a number of Terrestrial Exalted to perform a single Protocol, or group Combo, once. This Protocol is created using the rules for Five Directions Formation Protocol, except no xp is paid beyond the amount used for the spell. Every target may contribute Charms to the Protocol but do not need to. The creation of the Protocol requires no practice, training or consultation between the targets; it takes place immediately upon the casting of this spell and is completed intuitively. The Protocol must be performed the turn after it is created (i.e. the turn after the spell is cast). If any members of the Protocol are unable to join, the Protocol is aborted. In this case, any motes spent casting the spell are lost but xp spent on the spell is not.

I need some feedback on Resplendent Dragons Formation. Too powerful maybe? Okay? Totally unbalancing? -LiOfOrchid
Where are the rules for Five Directions Formation Protocol? - Myrlan
- Too long to copy here. Suffice to say it allows the Creation of a multi-person Combo. Everyone in the Protocol contributes Charms to it, and everyone has access to all the Charms their teammates have put out there. It's a Voltron-Forms-The-Blazing-Sword kind of thing. -LiOfOrchid
