Anhelios, Demon of the Third Circle.
The Herald of The Sea that Marched Against Flame
(By Thinker)
Description: The Red Star blazes in the night sky of Malfeas, a tiny dim light compared to Ligier, yet the brightest star in the hellish sky of the Yozi’s prison-kingdom. The eighth soul of Kimbery, the red light guides the demon ships across the Primordial’s lethal waves. Like most Third Circle Demons Anhelios can exist in Creation at the same time as he exists in Malfeas. In Creation Anhelios may take either the form of a blazing red star in the sky (Unmistakably different than the Maiden of Battles) or a giant composed only of red light. If he is soummoned by a Sorcerer then they must specify at the moment of their binding what form he is to take and he cannot assume another for the duration of his service. To name neither form frees him from all obligations while in Creation and will almost certainly result in the Sorcerer being carried off to Malfeas to serve Anhelios as a plaything. In the form of a giant of light Anhelios is a combat prodigy that can crush armies, slay a sorcerers foes (often with a single mighty blow) or siege even First Age fortifications single handedly. In the form of a red star Anhelios’s gaze covers all of Creation, and everything not within a building or cave, etc is considered to be within his line of sight. He can see an unlimited distance without loss of detail and suffers no environmental penalties for rain, cloud, etc. When in the form of a star Anhelios is visible only to those with Essence scores of 2 or higher, but he is visible day or night.

*Anhelios does not actually have a Salary in the same terms that servants of the Celestial Hierachy do, however he does garner a similar recompense from Demons in Malfeas that sail upon Kimbery.
New Charms for Anhelios
Fountains of Crimson
Cost: 2 motes, 1 willpower Duration: Instant Type: Supplemental Minimum Valor: 5 Minimum Essence: 3 Prerequisite Charms: Uncanny Prowess
The god strikes with an incredible amount of force either physically or in Essence (but not both). If the God chooses to strike with physical force then the raw damage of their attack is doubled before soak is applied. If the God decides to strike with spiritual force then the attack does aggravated damage instead of its normal type.
Drunken Maiden Eyes
Cost: 5 motes, 2 willpower Duration: Indefinate Type: Reflexive Minimum Conviction: 4 Minimum Essence: 6 Prerequisite Charms: Hand of Fate
Singing the Primordial Songs of Order and Chaos, Anhelios draws the gaze of the Five Maidens and the Pattern Spiders alike away from a single target. While under the effects of this Charm the target is considered to be outside of fate (See Exalted: The Sidereals). Anhelios can only use this Charm while he is in Creation and then only in the form of a star.
Principles of Defense
Cost: 5 motes Duration: Instant / One Turn Type: Reflexive Minimum Valor: 5 Minimum Essence: 3 Prerequisite Charms: Uncanny Prowess
Actualizing the very concept of defense the God can activate this Charm in one of two ways. In its instant configuration the God may block without rolling any single blockable attack (This is a Perfect Defense). In its turn long configuration the God may parry with their full Dexterity + Ability dice pool or Dodge with their full Dexterity + Dodge dice pool any attack made against them for the duration of the Charm even attacks that would not normally be dodgable or that they are unaware of. The God may activate this Charm in its turn long configuration twice if they wish to parry and dodge every attack. They may activate it in its instant configuration in the same turn they activate it in its turn long configuration.
Red Gaze of the Demon Star
Cost: 1 mote Duration: One Scene Type: Reflexive Minimum Temperance: 2 Minimum Essence: 6 Prerequisite Charms: Dreamscape
Using this Charm Anhelios can show anyone anything that falls beneath his gaze just as he sees it. Sorcerers who bind him for the purposes of spying find this a most useful talent, however unless they are very specific in their bindings and orders Anhelios has been known to share things with the sorcerers enemies just as readily.
Unfailing Eye of Anhelios
Cost: 5 motes, 1 willpower Duration: One Scene Type: Simple Minimum Temperance: 3 Minimum Essence: 6 Prerequisite Charms: Measure the Wind
Anhelios’s unending gaze pierces all things, with this Charm Anhelios automatically sees through any deception or attempt at hiding, even those fueled by Essence. This is not a Perfect Effect, but it penetrates anything less than an explicitly perfect Stealth Effect.
Kimbery's Waves
Cost: 3 motes per mile, 1 willpower Duration: One Scene Type: Simple Minimum Valor: 6 Minimum Essence: 7 Prerequisite Charms: Drunken Maiden Eyes
Extending the effects of the song of Order and Chaos, Anhelios can smuggle a small piece of Kimbery into Creation. By enacting this Charm Anhelios transforms a piece of water up to his Essence in miles across into the acid of Kimbery’s waters. This can be an entire body of water (such as a lake) or a part of a larger body (such as the sea’s around an island, etc). While transformed the waters deal 1A damage each turn to anyone or anything that comes into direct contact with them. Anhelios can only have one instance of Kimbery's Waves activate at a time.
Comments
I like this one especially for the 'Oh shit!' visual ...
Night Caste Solar: Hey guys, what's that red light?
Twilight: Uhh. Seems to be a star in the sky - but it's moving. If that means, what I think it means ... O_O
Sidereal Ally: (Claws her eyes out, gibbering)
If I use him, I'd give him a few more powers for curse/blessing style effects. Like a red spotlight boosting the defense of the sorcerer (maybe letting Anhelios parry for him - OUCH!) once the PCs catch up with him, terrifying visions for enemies, warping divinations, hiding crucial information, etc. But of course with demons of the third circle the question 'can it do that?' is more like 'does it fit with his theme - and are there Solars around to oppose it?' ;). Any way, I *really* like this. --Dakkareth
