−	This book describes the kingdom of Halta, which can be found in the Northeast. Sadly, it includes little data on the Haltan's longtime enemies, the Linowan. However, it also includes a wealth of information on the local Rakshas, and is one of the primary sources of information on the [[BullOfTheNorth \| Bull of the North's]] war with the Tepet legions and the legion's subsequent destruction.
