Moon's Radiance Style

Background
The Moon's Radiance Style was created in the early days of the Shogunate, alongside the Five Glorious Dragon Paths. Designed by the entirety of the Sidereal Silver Faction of the time, it never particularly caught on amongst the Lunars, both due to its origins and the fact that the martial arts are not where most Lunars prefer to fight. However, the Style has still spread a small amount, known by a very few Sidereals and a small number of Lunars.
Weapons and Armor
The Moon's Radiance style treats all forms of natural weaponry as form weapons, be it punches, kicks, claws, bites, tails, wing buffets, or what have you. In addition, the style resonates particularly with the Lunars; Lunar characters who have learned this Style at least up to the Form charm add +1 to the rate of all of their natural weapons. Finally, unlike other Martial Arts, this Form may be comboed normally with Lunar Charms. Only moonsilver armour may be used with Charms of this Style.
Charms
Rising Moon Technique</b>

The moon travels in numerous cycles. By attuning herself to the power of the moon, the character sacrifices speed in favour of certain destruction. The character must activate this Charm at the beginning of a turn, before initiative is rolled. The character may spend 3 motes to convert one attack die and one damage die on an attack this turn into automatic successes. The character may purchase this benefit for multiple attacks, but every attack that receives this benefit applies a -3 penalty to your initiative. The character may not reduce her base initiative below 0 with this Charm.
Setting Moon Technique</b>

The moon also sets, fading into the land at the end of the night. This Charm must be activated before the character has taken an action this turn, and may not be activated if the character chooses to take a full dodge or full parry. All the character's attacks are a -2 dice, but all attacks against the character are at +1 difficulty.
Shining Moon Technique</b>

When the moon shines, it casts soft light upon the world, guiding the hand of those who walk softly in the night. For every mote spent, the character adds one die to a single rolled attack or parry. The character may not add more than her Perception in dice to a single roll.
Moon's Radiance Form</b>
<b>Cost: 6 motes Duration: One Scene Type: Simple Min. Martial Arts: 4 Min. Essence: 2 Prereqs: Rising Moon Technique, Setting Moon Technique, Shining Moon Technique
The character shapes herself into the prana of Luna, taking on the quiet power of the moon. For the duration of the scene, the character may add her Essence in dice to all attacks and dodges, and her rate is increased by 1. If the character does not have a dodge action, she may dodge with only her Essence.
Luna Reveals Her Fury</b>
<b>Cost: 4 motes Duration: Instant Type: Supplemental Min. Martial Arts: 4 Min. Essence: 3 Prereqs: Moon's Radiance Form
The character reaches into the power of the Full Moon, unleashing the fury of the Moon. This Charm may be activated whenever the character makes an attack. Add her Essence to the attack's accuracy and her Martial Arts to the attack's damage.
Luna Raises Her Magic</b>
<b>Cost: 3 motes Duration: Instant Type: Supplemental Min. Martial Arts: 4 Min. Essence: 3 Prereqs: Moon's Radiance Form
The character's power grows with the power of the Moon, and a veil of illusion shrouds her form with flickering light, causing a dozen strikes to seem to come flying in. This Charm may be activated when the character declares an attack. Any defense against this attack is rolled at a difficulty penalty equal to the character's Essence.
Luna Surveys Her Domain</b>

The character unites with the power of the half moon, preparing herself for the moment that an enemy would dare attack. This Charm may be activated in response to an attack. It adds the character's Martial Arts score to a parry or dodge, or provides a parry or dodge using only the character's Martial Arts score.
Luna Retreats Into The Night</b>
<b>Cost: 4 motes Duration: One Turn Type: Reflexive Min. Martial Arts: 5 Min. Essence: 2 Prereqs: Moon's Radiance Form
The character calls upon the power of the Waning Moon, and fades away. This Charm may be activated at any time. The difficulty of any attacks against the character that turn is increased by the character's Martial Arts score. This Charm may be comboed despite its non-Instant duration.
Luna Hides Her Face</b>

The character draws upon the subtle knowledge of the new moon, acting before most people draw breath. The character may activate this Charm after initiative is rolled; it may only be activated once per turn. The character adds double her Wits to her initiative, and effects that automatically win initiative do not automatically win initiative.
Glory of the Moon</b>
<b>Cost: 5 motes, 1 Willpower Duration: One Scene Type: Simple Min. Martial Arts: 5 Min. Essence: 4 Prereqs: Luna Reveals Her Fury, Luna Raises Her Magic, Luna Surveys Her Domain, Luna Retreats Into The Night, Luna Hides Her Face
Luna has many forms, and she shifts between them easily and at will. This Charm may only be activated if the character has already activated Moon's Radiance Form. Upon activating it, the character immediately develops a totemic anima banner, and remains at one step below this for the duration of the scene. While this Charm is active, there are two effects. First, all Charms in this Charm tree cost 2 motes less to activate, to a minimum of 1 mote, and secondly, the character may activate one of Luna Reveals Her Fury, Luna Raises Her Magic, Luna Surveys Her Domain, Luna Retreats Into The Night, or Luna Hides Her Face each turn without it being considered Charm use. The Charm in question may be activated any number of times, following its usual normal conditions.

I like it. Couple of questions:
- Rising Moon Technique: what's a "success die?" Did you mean one attack die and one damage die?"
- Luna Reveals Her Fury: why is this charm reflexive instead of supplemental?
The style does seem balanced with the power level of Lunar charms, and I like how you incorporated the initiative themes and restrictions. I think you did a better job with them than the charms in the fatsplat. - IanPrice
- Ahem. Rising Moon Technique should, in fact, convert one damage die. Gweh. Luna Reveals Her Fury is Reflexive because I kept messing around with what the Charm did and forgot to fix that. ^^;; Thanks for catching it, now fixed. - FrivYeti
Does the effect on Rising Moon Tech last for the entire turn, or do they just get to pick a single die, whenever they choose, but only one die per turn? Actually... that's raised another question... Can you do it multiple times, assuming you have enough initiative, say, sacrifice 12pts of init to get 4 converted autosux on attack and damage? If so... it's rather nice for a 2/1 charm, probably too nice.

- I'm pretty sure that the "one effect per instant" rule prevents any initiative Charm from being activated more than once per turn - you only roll init once, so you can't keep reactivating init-mod Charms. - Hapushet
