The Solar declares an event to be planned and rolls his Charisma+Bureacracy. Each success represents one week's work and an extra dot in any revelant Backgrounds (definitely Allies, [[ConnectionsSolarBureaucracy/TheMyriadOfShades/Contacts]], and Resources, and any other Backgrounds at ST discretion) the character can draw form exclusively for planning his event. He may discard successes he does not want. Note that this Charm does not create support where there is no potential-- a villiage can only support 2 successes from this Charm, a large town or small city up to 4 successes, Nexus, Whitewall, or other major city in Creation up to 5 successes, and the Heavenly City of Yu-Shan can support up to 6 successes. At the end of this phase of the Charm, it takes the character another week to successfully organize and execute the event. The essence for this Charm is committed for the entire process until the event is completed.

Excellent Student Grace

Cost: 6 motes
Duration: One Month
Type: Simple
Min. Bureaucracy: 3
Min. Ess.: 2
Prereq.: Deft Official's Way
Even from the youth of his Exaltation, the Bountiful Summer King was well known among the First Age's richest of markets.

The Solar goes about his work in such a way that must be appreciated. His co-workers envy his skill, and his superiors recognize his productivity.

When under the effects of this Charm, a Solar will always garner copious attention from those in his business when he succeeds at some task. The user of this Charm is guaranteed to be promoted at least once a week, as long as he can successfully complete the duties of each position he acheives, as well as to quickly establish a reputation among those who know about his craft as one of the best in the profession. A comptetent Solar will eventually rise to the top rank of an organization, or become the leading expert in his field in the world, in a matter of several months. His progress can only be stopped by similarly skilled contemporaries and those whose authority is protected by divine right-- this Charm is unable to get a Solar the job or position of an opponent using Bureaucracy Charms, or a spirit with an Essence higher than the Solar's. This Charm will not get the Solar a position he could not logically hold-- a male Solar (or at least, a male Solar without a very clever disguise) could not get himself named as one of the commanders of the Harborhead Royal Guard.

Excellent Mentor Attitude

Cost: 6 motes
Duration: One Month
Type: Simple
Min. Bureaucracy: 5
Min. Ess.: 3
Prereq.: Excellent Student's Grace
It was no more than a decade or two before the Bountiful Summer King had his imitators among certain younger Princes of the Earth.

The Solar makes himself an example for others-- surely, they cannot help but admire the skill and style of his work, and aim to match it!

Any worker in a bureacracy run by the Solar using this Charm finds himself magically compelled to efficient, proper work. No one working directly or indirectly for the Solar in a bureacracy can be more corrupt (taking bribes, shirking duties) than the Solar using this Charm himself! To be exact, no worker can miss more hours of work, take more bribes, or otherwise misuse or disrespect his burecratic duty any more than the Solar using this Charm. If the Solar works properly, so must those beneath him.

Harmonious Worker Advantage

Cost: 8 motes
Duration: One Week
Type: Simple
Min. Bureaucracy: 5
Min. Ess.: 3
Prereq.: Excellent Student's Grace
Truly, the Bountiful Summer King was the best and the brightest young star in any field one could name!

The Solar becomes the ideal worker, acheiving his work to such harmonious efficiency that others cannot help but look to him for advice and partnership. Surely, he is an example for any good worker!

Within any individual bureacracy the character actively works in (he must devote much of this time, and only has four free hours a day for non-essential tasks-- he may gain an extra eight hours a day if under an effect that negates his sleep for sleep), he suddenly becomes the center of every fringe clique and old boy's network. For the Duration of the Charm, the Solar has access to his Essence extra in the Backgrounds of Backing, Connections, Contacts, Followers, and Influence, but only as they pertain to the bureacracy he works in. This can raise these Backgrounds above 5-- in such a case, assume the character has anything the organization could possibly supply relating to that background at his beck and call.

Miraculous Potential Trick

Cost: 10 motes, 1 Willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Min. Bureaucracy: 5
Min. Ess.: 4
Prereq.: Excellent Mentor Attitude, Harmonious Worker Advantage
By his fiftieth year, the Bountiful Summer King was the most trusted advisor of every king!

With the right words in the right ears, the right rearrangement of a schedule, and perhaps a little bit of luck, who knows what sorts of unlikely things could happen? Within a week of using this Charm, the Solar will accidentally catch the attention the head of whatever bureacracy or organization the character works for just as the Solar performs an especially excellent task. The Solar will so impress the head of the organization that he will be promoted to any position within the organization he wishes, except, of course, the head's job.

The Solar gets himself promoted to any job he wants in the organization he works for, except for the top job. However, if the head of the organization the Solar works for is a spirit with an Essence higher than the Solar's or is an opponent using Bureacracy Charms, the Solar must roll his Charisma+Bureacracy, difficulty 5, to use this Charm. Deft Official's Way enhances this roll as normal.

Due to legal wrangling in the First Age, this Charm is illegal to use on the following groups: the Dragon-Blooded Host, the Lunar Society, the Five-Score Fellowship, and any organization consisting entirely of gods or elementals. The Charm still works, but the censors are required by law to intervene to jail the user of the Charm and conduct both an audit and an investigation by the Convention on Essence Weilders to prove the user guilty-- if ruled guilty, the Solar is charged with a Severity 4 offense for each use of the Charm. The Solar Deliberative and societies headed by demons and individual gods are not illegal, but their respective leaders have long traditions of not trusting any new sudden heir to the throne.

Stern Rebuke Provocation

Cost: 20 motes, 2 Willpower
Duration: One Month
Type: Simple
Min. Bureaucracy: 5
Min. Ess.: 4
Prereq.: Foul Air of Argument Technique
Some envied the Bountiful Summer King and spoke badly of him. Inevitably, they found themselves out of favor!

A rising star may become a falling star, and certainly, a Solar's subtle influence can quicken this process. The Solar manipulates the bureacracy of an organization he works in against an opponent, and by the end of a month, they will find themselves out of time.

The Solar commits the motes and spends the Willpower and must work long and hard-- he only has 4 free hours of time a day, plus eight more if he can negate the need for sleep. At the end of a month, he rolls his Manipulation+Bureacracy at a difficulty of his opponent's Bureacracy+Essence. On a success, his target is overwhelmed or tricked into performing horribly on some important task, and is immediately fired from the organization. Using this Charm on the head of an organization imposes a +2 difficulty on the Manipulation+Bureacracy roll.

Opponent's using Bureacracy Charms to increase their efficiency and spirits with an Essence higher than the character's are immune to this Charm.

Enlightened Prodigy Inspiration

Cost: 10 motes
Duration: One Task
Type: Simple
Min. Bureaucracy: 5
Min. Ess.: 3
Prereq.: Speed the Wheels
Indeed, there was no task given unto the Bountiful Summer King by his superiors that he did not fulfill!

It is one thing to lead an organization, but when it comes to getting something done, it is often neccessary for the master to take matters into his own hands-- so do the most excellent Children of the Sun attend to tasks that merit their attention.

The Solar must personally oversee a burecratic task (she must get the job through legitimate hard work or supernatural persuation first-- this Charm doesn't provide the task itself). She devotes her full attention to it. She has only four free hours of time a day, plus eight if she can negate the need for sleep. She receives a perfect success on all Bureacracy rolls pertaining to the task. The task is completed in the fastest time physically possible-- the bureacracy improves, not impedes, the path to completion.

Effortlessly Invisible Hand

Cost: 10 motes, 1 Willpower, 1 health level
Duration: Indefinite
Type: Simple
Min. Bureaucracy: 5
Min. Ess.: 4
Prereq.: Forgetful Bureau Charm
Such was the infinite ability of the Bountiful Summer King that he was among the elders of the Solar Deliberative before it was discovered that he had been taking advantage of his bretheren all along, adding to the endless riches of his own subjects!

The Solar takes a deep breath to prepare himself, and comes to accept that he must not be noticed. This dedication in mind, the Solar writes and wills himself out of the records of men. It is forbidden to speak of him-- no one has clearance.

As long as this Charm is in effect, no records can be taken of the character. Investigations will turn up no information on him. Authorities won't recognize him. Official and legal means, from the secret files of the Immaculate Order's Wyld Hunt, to the most illuminous archives of the Convention on Essence Weilders, no one can find a trace of this Charm's user. Those who have met him personally can remember their encounters normally, but will normally find themselves magically compelled not to share their experiences.

To mortal attention, the character disappears. All attempts to find out anything about the character from other people fail. Characters using supernatural Investigation or Bureacracy Charms increase the difficulties of their efforts by twice the Solar's Essence. This Charm fades if the character's anima banner activates at the iconic (16+) level.

Clever Snake Maneuver

Cost: 8 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Min. Bureaucracy: 5
Min. Ess.: 3
Prereq.: Indolent Official Charm
But on the floor of the Deliberative, the Bountiful Summer King denied all allegations! All beheld his radiant innocence!

Some figures are immune to suspicion and impossible to blame. This Charm is how Solars get that way. The Solar pulls some strings and arranges for someone else to take responsibility-- he is declared innocent of any official accusations and immune to blame for his job-related failures. This Charm cancels the effects of other Bureacracy Charms on the user. This is a perfect effect.

This Charm does not protect against future allegations or charges against the user. The use of this Charm during a Celestial audit is a Severity 4 offense that will not show up on the character's Celestial records unless someone uses Charms to investigate her.

Auspicious Ceremony of Excellence

Cost: 3 motes per success, 1 Willpower
Duration: Varies
Type: Simple
Min. Bureaucracy: 5
Min. Ess.: 4
Prereq.: Enlightened Prodigy Inspiration, Clever Snake Maneuver
The Bountiful Summer King returned home to his subjects, and declared festivities to celebrate their continuing prosperity and his unquestioned authority!

The Solar assumes the mantle of bureacracy in planning a ceremony, festivity, or party of any sort, from funerals to coronations to parades. The Solar dedicates himself fully to making the event happen-- he has only 4 free hours a day, plus eight if he negates the need for sleep. He raises funds, arranges for entertainment and food and drink, handles the invitations, and takes care of any possibly problem. The world cannot help but support him in his efforts, and not many are known to turn down one of the Chosen of the Sun looking to throw a party.

The Solar declares an event to be planned and rolls his Charisma+Bureacracy. Each success represents one week's work and an extra dot in any revelant Backgrounds (definitely Allies, Connections/Contacts, and Resources, and any other Backgrounds at ST discretion) the character can draw form exclusively for planning his event.

Anyone but the user of this Charm attempting to affect this ceremony with Bureacracy or Burecracy Charms must roll a contested Manipulation+Bureacracy roll against the Charm's user, who gains his Essence in automatic successes. While this Charm is active, the Solar is immune to burecratic inquiry. It's impossible to try and find anything out about the Solar or arrange a meeting with him if everyone you ask is too busy helping him put together a ceremony. This is a perfect effect, proof against even magical investigation.

Ok... there are some spelling issues thoughout (simple typos and other easily fixed artefacts), but this is fantastic work! Well done... Nikink
