Nothing Escapes the Loli Technique

The title says it all: nothing escapes the Loli, why do they still bother trying? Who knows? In any case, this Charm allows the Lolita to see, hear, smell and feel –but not touch- dematerialized creatures. It makes dematerialized creatures within the normal range of the character’s senses valid targets for the character’s Awareness actions, including reflexive Awareness actions. By spending an additional 5 motes, the Lolita can expand her already powerful senses to detect flows of Moe in the environment. This effectively allows her to see hidden spirit domains, Dragon Lines, the boundaries of shadowlands, entrances to the Labyrinth and Neo-Yu-Shan, Manses, demesnes, Charms, Sorcery and Necromancy effects. Successful Intelligence + Occult roll allows the character to identify exact spells (difficulty 4 for Necromancy, 5 for Sorcery) or gauge the rating of a person’s Moe, a Manse a demesne or an artifact (difficulty 2).

The Lolita can see the thin threads that hold the existence of every object and creature. By attacking those threads, she can ensure their demise. The attack augmented by this Charm ignores the target’s natural soak. This includes increases to natural soak from Charms and other magical effects. In the case of living, armored targets, the Lolita can choose to ignore either the target’s natural soak or her armor soak. If she chooses the latter, natural soak applies normally, including Charm effects that increase natural soak.
This Charm is explicitedly permitted to be part of a Combo with Charms of other Abilities.

Charging her hand or weapon with spectral Moe, the Loli may enhance her attacks to strike dematerialized spirits. The character’s player must still roll to hit the creature normally, although the Gothic Lolita may elect to attack’s the spirit’s Moe in lieu of inflicting damage. This decision must be made when activating the Charm, before rolling the attack. If the Gothic Lolita chooses to drain Moe, roll her Conviction + Occult in place of damage, using the spirit’s Valor as its soak total. Each level of “damage” inflicted in this fashion drain 2 motes of Moe from the spirit’s pool and adds it to the character’s own. Drained motes that would take a character above her normal maximum are still drained but dissipate without benefit to the Lolita. If the character uses this Charm to inflict actual damage, it deals aggravated damage to dematerialized spirits. Note that if the character cannot see the spirit she attacks, she receives the normal penalty for blind-fighting. This Charm has no effect on materialized spirits. Raging Wraith Attack is explicitly permitted to be part of a Combo with Charms of other abilities.

This Charm allows a Gothic Lolita to infuse a single attack with the essence of No Fun. The character’s blow can strike dematerialized spirits. A successful hit deals aggravated damage and drains Moe as Raging Wraith Attack (roll separately for each form of damage). Against materialized spirits, the Charm works as above, but the attack does not deal aggravated damage. Spirits slain by such attacks; dematerialized or not, are irrevocably destroyed. This Charm is explicitly permitted to part of a Combo with Charms of other abilities. Spirits can sense Exalted who know this Charm and ear and loathe them.

This Charm is a permanent improvement to the Ethereal Cyclone Charm. Once this Charm is purchased, if Ethereal Cyclone is used within the boundaries of a Saintly Girl Territory conjured by the Lolita, the effect of the cyclone extends through the whole territory. The effect of the Ethereal Cyclone is centered on the Saintly Girl Territory, not the Lolita, hence it won’t move with her if she leaves the Saintly Girl Territory. The Ethereal Cyclone still lasts one scene.

Lolitas are attracted to beautiful things (things, not people, fortunately). With this Charm, the Lolita can extend her Moe to detect quantities of the Five Magical Materials.
A character using this Charm can sense the direction to the location of all nearby Magical Materials (in raw or crafted form) up to a range of her Moe x 50 yards without rolling. Success on a Perception + Occult roll allows the character to glean more detailed information from the Charm (Is it raw? Is it an artifact? Which material is it? How much of it?).
This Charm is ineffective against Magical Materials attuned to someone other than the character using the Charm, due to the interference of the attuned individual’s anima. Magical Materials in the person of someone using magic to conceal its presence or in a place that has such magic will only be detected if the number of successes in the Perception + Occult roll succeeds versus a difficulty equal to the successes rolled to activate the obfuscating magic or the Moe of the character using the magic (whichever is higher).
Land Becomes the Loli

The Lolita’s wicked Moe infuses the land, which becomes an obscure, gothic reflection of its original appearance. This Charm allows the Lolita to give a demesne the Gothic aspect. The Lolita rolls Intelligence + Occult, with a difficulty equal to the demesne’s rating. Success changes the demesne’s aspect for a number of days equal to the Lolita’s Moe, plus an additional day per extra success.
If this Charm is used on the same demesne a number of times equal to (5 x the demesne’s rating), the demesne’s aspect change becomes permanent.
Mistress of the Beautiful Sanctum

Lolita’s are possessive, and when they see something they want, they just claim it. The Lolita with this Charm may clam a Manse for herself. To do this, she must be within the Manse. She spends a number of motes equal to five plus the Manse’s rating and makes an Intelligence + Occult roll at a difficulty of highest Moe rating among the characters currently attuned to that Manse. If the Lolita succeeds, every character is deattuned from the Manse, which attunes to the Gothic Lolita. Characters formerly attuned to the seized Manse must succeed on a Perception + Occult roll with a difficulty of 4 to notice the severing of their connection to the Manse. Of course, it will become obvious when they realize their Hearthstones aren’t giving them Moe and all that.
End of the Manse's Heart

The Lolita holds a Hearthstone in her hand and sends waves of her tainted Moe to it, causing a positive feedback that resonates through the Hearthstone’s structure until it shatters. Use of this Charm requires a Wits + Occult (or Craft [Architecture], whichever is higher) roll against a difficulty of the Hearthstone’s rating + 2. A botch causes the stone to explode, inflicting dice of unsoaklable aggravated damage equal to the Exalt equal to the difficulty of the Occult/Craft roll. If the character suffers two or more levels of damage from the botch, the explosion of Moe also costs her the hand holding the gem. On a failure, the Hearthstone remains undamaged. Success breaks the Hearthstone safely; releasing its store of Moe in a surge of power that is absorbed by the Lolita, who regains a number of motes equal to the Hearthstone’s rating x 10. if this surge would bring her Moe pool above maximum, the excess motes bleed into her anima banner as if spent from her Peripheral Moe pool. The act of shattering a Hearthstone with this Charm manifests as a deafening thunderclap and a flash of light brighter than the noonday sun.
This Charm can be used in combat, to destroy Hearthstones in opponent’s artifacts. Treat this as a disarming attempt, except that the opponent doesn’t lose the weapon or item, but the Charm’s effects are resolved as above. Of course, breaking a Hearthstone has negative effects on the geomancy of a Manse.
Shatter the Exalted's Pride

With End of the Manse’s Heart the Lolita can destroy Hearthstones. With this Charm, the Exalt can directly attack the Manse, dealing an even more terrible blow to those attuned to it.
First, the Exalt must have the eight-mote version of Nothing Escapes the Loli Technique active, and she must be able to touch any of the Manse’s walls. Then, the Lolita’s player makes a Intelligence + Occult roll at a difficulty of the Manse’s rating to understand the complex flows of Moe within the Manse and find the critical points of the structure that maintain the balance of the capped demesne. If she fails this roll, the Charm ends without effect, but the Lolita can simply try again immediately. If she succeeds, she knows how to properly attack the Manse. And, indeed, she attacks it. The Gothic Lolita makes an unarmed attack at the Manse’s structure, rolling Dexterity + Occult + half the extra successes on the previous roll, with a difficulty equal to 5 + the Manse’s rating. Every two extra successes on this roll reduce the effective level of the Manse by one.
This damage is permanent. Rules for detecting and repairing Manses are detailed here.
The player of any Exalted or geomantic architect examining a Manse for subtle damage rolls Perception + Awareness, difficulty 3, to detect and locate the damage. The difficulty is reduced to 2 if the character is familiar with the Manse and 1 if he is attuned to it. The search takes one hour per level of the Manse in question and must be done on the premises. In the case of such damage, a quick patch job can be done in minutes with a successful Intelligence + Craft roll, difficulty 3. However, this work usually requires patches of the Five Magical Materials. Wise Manse owners keep supplies of these secreted around the Manse. The patches cost Resources 3. A full repair takes an extended Intelligence + Craft roll over several hours or several days depending on the nature and extent of the damage. Repairing damage caused by this Charm requires 10 successes per level reduced. These repairs generally cost Resources 3 per five successes required.
However, regardless of how it is fixed, it must be fixed. The clock is ticking for the owner to find and temporarily patch the damage. Such sabotage to a Manse introduces an untapped, uncontrolled Moe flow into the world at the point of damage, which will rapidly build up to the point where it is explosive. Roll two dice and subtract the level of the Manse from the result. The result is the number of hours until the damage leakage creates an explosion. If the result is zero or less, the explosion occurs instantly; damaging a Manse can be a hazardous business. The freed Moe surges around the building, tearing apart anything in its path. It does five dice of aggravated damage per level of damage done to the Manse to anyone caught within the building when the explosion happens. No further damage is done to the Manse’s structure: the Moe flow within the building is able to counteract or absorb the rogue Moe released by the explosion.
Reality Revision: Conjure the Gothic Cathedral

The Gothic Lolita resonates with the rogue Moe of a demesne, using the powerful harmonics to shape the land and raise a beautiful palace of black marble and obsidian. The Gothic Cathedral is always shaped in a form appropriate to the Lolita’s personality and aesthetic preferences. The cathedral is a perfectly functional Manse one level lower than the original demesne, unless the demesne was of Gothic aspect. The Manse comes with a fully functional Hearthstone. However, the Hearthstone has no special properties beyond its ability to transmit Moe as usual.
