Comments
Oooh. Nice. Very different from the way I chose to alter them, although my method might add on nicely as an Evolution to each of these charms. Use the old (book) formula for how long it takes to prepare, but instead of each success being 1 minute, each success is one scene (or 20 minutes, in long scenes). But aside from stating that possibility, I like these a lot.

The changes made were taking into consideration that the Lunar is using a quick boost for a short period to do somthing they need to do fast, a short term buff to their attributes to aid them for the short time they have it. After discussion with DeadManSeven on the matter he made this more than clear, besides, with the revised DBT into ABT getting the minimums and having high pools of dice for short term boosts are nice and easy. - ArabianNinja
