When this charm is used the character flushes his body with essence until his muscles swell with energy and his body becomes sleeker and faster. In the turn this charm is used the character may perform two attack actions which may be flurried as normal. The actions suffer normal flurry penalties but regardless of the number of attacks in the flurry the Lunar only suffers a -1 DV penalty for each flurry.


Frenzied Lashing Assault

This charm enhances Frenzied Speed Rush to ever greater levels. The Lunar can make Dexterity attacks actions that are fully flurryable instead of 2. Furthermore the Lunar only suffers a DV penalty of 1 for the whole thing.

Compared to the fast leaps of the gazell as it tries to avoid a predators claws a human's evasive moves are simple things to predict and counter. Halve the target's Dodge Defense Value(round down) before applying it to the character's attack successes in Step 5 of attack resolution; players are aware that dodging becomes a less favorable option with this charm and may choose to use their characters Parry Defense Values instead.

Martial Arts is tied with Creation and existance on a deep level that even Lunars who do not seek to master abilities can still understand to an instinctual degree. This charm is exactly the same as the Solar Charm of the same name except for its different Prerequisites.
