Heavenly Advocate Stone

Rating: 00000, Aspect: Solar
Note - canonically, the manse of whitewall is a 3 dot manse. Boring.

In the long ago days of the first age, a single solar used centuries of penitence to pile stone on stone until Whitewall was built; and in the new age, it has been reclaimed by one who bears the same mission of penitence. At the center of whitewall is a manse that resonates with all of the collected glory of the city, the power enhanced by millenia of prayer. From the center of that manse comes a stone that epitomises the nobility and power of the great sage who built that city. The stone itself is a perfect, unmarked sphere of gold; it seems to glow very slightly,

It becomes deeply difficult to resist the truth of the words of the emissary of the sun, for they cut straight to the core of the truth of the world. Anyone resisting natural mental influence from the bearer of the stone must spend the bearer's essence in willpower before they become immune for the scene.
Increase the cost to resist the solar's natural influence by one willpower if the number of successes beats the target's MDV by more than their permanent willpower.
