Inside-Out Blindfold
Artifact: 1
Commitment: NA
Many years ago, an ancient and skilled thaumaturge-craftsman had assembled a truly stunning perfect longbow but found that due to an odd twist of an arbitrary fate he was unable to elementally empower it. He created this artifact in response; the blindfold is a strip of blue silk about six inches long; when tied about an object and with a mote channeled through it, it perfectly mimics the elemental empowerment of water, allowing the object to change to another of the same mass and material at a cost of one committed mote or willpower.
