The Haslanti League is a confederation of nine northern cities with imperial ambitions. Its advantages include feathersteel, crossbows, and glider and airship technology. Its disadvantages include many hostile neighbors and a hostile land.
The Haslanti League is ruled by the Oligarchs, a council of merchants.
