Abyssal Craft Charms by Quendalon

Entropy-Carved Goods

 Cost: 5 motes, 1 Willpower
 Duration: Instant
 Type: Simple
 Minimum Craft: 5
 Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: All three (Material) Withering Method Charms

Master crafters sometimes claim that they create nothing, but rather that they see the potential objects that rest within the raw material and set those items free with their art. An Abyssal with this Charm takes this conceit one step farther. She strikes a block of wood, stone or other raw material and it immediately begins to crumble away, leaving only the desired item intact at the center of a pile of dust. On a successful Intelligence + Craft roll, the character instantly creates any simple item that might reasonably be formed in this fashion. This circumvents both the planning stage and the making stage of the item creation process. One success creates a passable item from ordinary materials. Three successes will create an exceptional item from fine materials, and five successes will create a perfect item from the very finest materials. This Charm has no effect on the Five Magical Materials.
