Long have the Blooded wanted to know the secrets of gauranteeing that their children would become Exalted.  It was said the Shogunate once had records of such techniques that had come from their own scientists and from the even more skilled body manipulation devices and techniques of the Anathema before when they bred them as their armies and servants.  Now in the second age such things are mostly unknown.  This charm is often thought to exist but those who know it do not make its use become public knowledge.  Keeping the technique close to themselves is far more profitable.

:I didn't make it the sum of the two people, since that makes it too easy to make really strong bloodlines I think.  The costs were designed so that you pretty much had to be either really powerful in terms of WP and Essence or you have to have some level of breeding to make it work.  Maybe a next level version would give a summing of the two but I am not sure I would take this try that route with my charms.  Thank you for the revised text though. -BogMod
