The character experiences no effects of fatigue for the day. She does not need to make any sort of fatigue check, and not only does she not suffer any penalties from lack of sleep, she cannot sleep. In addition, she regains Essence as if she were meditating or sleeping (double normal rate).
This allows the character to jog for the entire duration, though she will suffer one level of bashing damage for every hour that she pushed herself to excess.

Ascetic Monk's Purification Discipline Zenith
