Character Submission Rules, and other crap

1) The campaign will be run with a minimum of three players, or a maximum of six. If there are more than six, then cuts will be made. If there are less than three, then the game will not be run.

2) All exalts in the circle must be of the same general type. There will be no 'mixed' groups. The group may be made up of solars, lunars, or abyssals. You may wish to talk with your fellow players to determine which type you're all interested in. If a consensus cannot be made, then Watcher X will make the decision himself.

3) It is highly recommended that all players take some method of high-speed travel into account, when making their characters. Perhaps a horse and some ride charms, or athletic charms, or sorcery. Whatever method you come up with is acceptable (save for the following point below), but travel will be an important aspect of this game.

4) Regardless of whatever fancy backgrounds you have, no one will be allowed to start off owning an airship, landship, or any artifact related to such. A sea-going vessel, however, may be acceptable.

5) Your character may be from anywhere in Creation (or the Underworld), but as the campaign will be starting in the Southeastern Threshold, you may need to work out the how's and why's of your character being there. Ask Watcher X about it.

6) You may purchase dots in ANY Craft discipline, without the need of any prerequisites. Whichever discipline has the most dots must be payed for as normal, but any disciplines with fewer dots may be purchased for the same xp price as specialties, if cheaper than the normal method.

7) Concerning the solar ahtletics charm, Lightning Speed: The charm now increases the yards you can move with a Move or Dash action by your Athletics score plus your permanent Essence. Also, for every mote invested through an athletics excellency, to increase the static rating of your Dexterity + Athletics, you can move an additional number of yards per tick equal to your permanent Essence. Similar adjustments may come to similar charms for Abyssals and Lunars, depending on when Watcher X gets around to actually looking through them.

More to come. Maybe.
