Veet/Celestial Dragon Style
Many martial art forms seek to emulate animals but this form seeks to emulate the terrestrial spirits known as dragons. Followers of the dragon path seek to master their own essence as well as the essence of creation and their opponents.
There are few practitioners of this style left in creation but those that are left strongly hint towards this being the progenitor of the five elemental dragon styles.
Weapons and Armor:</b> There are no natural form weapons to the celestial dragon style instead each student of the style chooses their own weapon when they achieve the form type charm. This form is not designed to be compatible with armor.
<b>Other Abilities:</b> The celestial dragon style deals heavily with the flow of essence as a result practitioners must have at least two dots in Occult.

To follow the path of the dragon one must first learn to see creation as a dragon does. After a quick meditation the martial artist aligns his essence to the essence of spirits around them. For the remainder of the scene the martial artist can see unmanifested spirits and gives them insights into their movements granting them a bonus of 1 to their DVs against spirits of all types.
Dragon Severs the Soul</b>

The blows of the dragon hurt more than the body of their opponents they can damage their very souls. This charm enhances an unarmed martial arts strike. Instead of normal damage this strike inflicts damage to the opponents essence pools. Damage is calculated normally for an unarmed strike with a bonus equal to the martial artists permanent essence. This charm cannot benefit from a form weapon.
Unruly God Rebuke</b>

This charm supplements an unarmed martial arts attack allowing it to deal lethal damage damage additionally the strike supplemented by this charm is allowed to deal damage to unmanifested spirits. The martial artist may parry lethal damage without a stun until their next action.
Dragon Fire Prana</b>

The followers of the dragon’s path can focus their essence and channel it through the very building blocks of creation. This charm is an unarmed martial arts attack, which causes the martial artists anima to flare and leap forward to attack their enemies. The attack has a range of twice the martial artists permanent essence in yards and deals 1 dice of lethal damage for every mote spent to a maximum of twice the characters permanent essence. The attack can take any form, energy coming from the characters fingertips a beam from the caste mark or a flaming breath attack. No mater the delivery the effect is the same, however there is an additional elemental effect that will take effect based on which elemental pole is closest as follows:
Air:</b> The cold essence of the north permeates the targets body causing a –2 internal penalty on their next action. <b>Earth:</b> Earth charged essence solidifies as it strikes its target causing a knock back effect equal to the total raw damage in yards. <b>Fire:</b> The fire essence intensifies the elemental beam adding an additional 4 lethal damage to the total. <b>Water:</b> Damage from the attack is piercing as the water charged essence seeps through the targets defenses. <b>Wood:</b> Toxins permeate the essence of the east causing the target to make a (Resistance + Stamina) roll or suffer a –1 internal penalty for the rest of the scene.
This extra effect is automatic in the direction associated with the element but the martial artist can spend an additional mote to draw an effect from a different pole.
<b>Dragon Form</b>

When the dragon roars creation trembles. When the follower of the dragons path performs the kattas to activate the dragon form their anima flares with the fire of the dragon. As long as the charm is active the martial artists anima becomes a maelstrom of power similar to that of the terrestrial exalted. Everything within a number of yards equal to the martial artists permanent essence takes 1 point of lethal damage per 5 ticks. Also the martial artists unarmed attacks do lethal damage if not able to otherwise and they may parry lethal damage without a stunt. They also gain a small bonus associated with the closest elemental pole as follows.
Air:</b> Air charged essence buoys the martial artists movement adding their (essence x2) to their movement calculations for the scene. <b>Earth:</b> Earth charged essence toughens the martial artists skin adding their essence to their bashing and lethal soak. <b>Fire:</b> Fire charged essence intensifies the damage dealt by the martial artists anima causing it to deal 2 points of damage per 5 ticks instead of 1. <b>Water:</b> The martial artists moves become fluid like water adding ½ their permanent essence score to their Dodge DV. <b>Wood:</b> Unarmed martial arts attacks have a toxic quality adding ½ the martial artists permanent essence in lethal damage unless the target passes a (Resistance + Stamina) roll at a difficulty of the martial artists permanent essence.
These effects are automatic based on the direction that the martial artists is currently in, to evoke an effect from a different pole costs an extra 2 motes. Finaly every student who follows the path of the dragon up to this point may choose one weapon to incorporate into their fighting style that becomes their form type weapon, this weapon can never be changed and new weapons can never be incorporated into this style.
<b>Manse Invigoration Prana</b>

A follower of the dragon’s path can use creation itself to boost their own power. The martial artist performs a short kata and draws the energy of the dragon lines to supplement their own soul. For the remainder of the scene the martial artist may treat their essence score as if it were 2 points higher when calculating formulas for charms that require the permanent essence score. Due to its reliance on the energy of creation this charm will not work outside of creation in places such as Malfelas, The Wyld or the Underworld.
Withering Soul Technique</b>

It is not just the body that suffers from the dragons wounds just as the dragon can damage a soul so can they cripple one. This charm takes the form of an unarmed martial arts attack, it must hit but will not do any physical damage. For the remainder of the scene the victim of the strike suffers a wound to their soul suffering a –1 penalty to their essence score for the purposes of calculating charms that require their essence. A character can suffer multiple wounds to their permanent essence if they re hit multiple times by this charm but no more than 4. Any calculation that normally depends on the characters permanent essence score is reduced by that amount and if the victims permanent essence is reduced to zero they cannot channel essence for the remainder of the scene. This also reduces the available essence in the victims essence pools based on the calculations for their exalt type. The essence does not go away it just cannot be accessed. The victim of the strike can resist the effects of this charm by spending one point of temporary willpower per –1 wound they wish to negate.
Crossing the Dragon Line</b>

The Dragon Paths crisscross creation in arcane patterns known only to Gaia herself even smaller channels of essence flow discernable only to the most sensitive of essence channeler called the dragon lines. Those who walk the path of the dragon can use these lines to be anywhere on the field of battle they need to be. When activating this charm the martial artists body breaks down into a base element (fire, mist, sand etc, but usually related to the closest elemental pole) and in a split second rushes to another location up to twice their permanent essence in yards away. There are several potential uses for this technique if used to teleport towards an enemy at the opening of combat it grants the martial artist two automatic successes to their join battle roll. It can break a flurry if used to teleport away. If anyone is in the path of the teleportation they are briefly caught in an elemental maelstrom which causes them to face an environmental hazard with a hazard rating of ½ their permanent essence rounded up and causing damage equal to their permanent essence. Due to the reliance of the energy of creation this charm will not work outside of creation.
Otherworld Rectification Stance</b>

The dragon may be of creation and bound to it but sometimes it may extend its reach beyond creations edges. When activating this charm the martial artist chooses one type of creature from outside creation (Undead, Demons or Fair Folk) and performs a quick katta representing that choice. For the remainder of the scene charms from this style that usually affect unmanifested spirits linked to creation now affect the chosen type of creature as well. Additionally every time the martial artist deals damage to that type of creature they recover a number of motes of essence equal to the post soak damage and all lethal damage dealt to that type of creature is now aggravated.

The style seems a little mechanically weak in terms of power. Also the Dragons are very elemental yet this has little to do with the elements at all. The theme needs some work I think but I like its a great start. -BogMod
OK I've tried rectifying this, pumped up a few of the charms added an elemental aspect to several while trying to retain the basic feel. I am very interested in hearing feedback on this one to make it work. -Veet
