Description</b>
Ell is a young woman, 21 years in age and while there is the faintest of red tint to her skin, most of the red found in her aspect is in her eyes, which instead of a normal blue, brown or green have a ruby like red in them. Shorter then the average, she is only 5'6" in height, slim of body and breast. She keeps her golden hair cut short, a single earing in her right ear which is a shining saphire, a sentimental keepsake of a young romance. She has a singular tatoo, of the Old Realm word for luck on the small of her back, done in a dark ink. She firmly follows whatever fashion is currently the in style amongst the young Dynasts of the Imperial City.
<b>History</b>
V'neef Ell is only barely part of house V'neef. Her parents were originally part of house Ragara, but when the Empress created House V'neef her parents were part of those taken from other families to boost up the numbers of the new house. However, their minor place in house Ragara was changed for a much more important one in the smaller house of V'neef and they have severed their old links to Ragara, much to that houses unhappiness.
Growing up in this politically motivated household, she was encouraged to develop her own opinions on politics and what should be done in the world. As house V'neef grew in influence, so too did her family hope to rise up in their influence within the house and with their experience at politics from their old life, channeled it into their new one.
She attended the Ilicar Academy within the Imperial City, and that was where her schooling stopped. She didn't have the grades or the inclination for any of the 4 secondary schools. That was fine with her though, as a young, tempermental fire aspect she had had enough with studying and wanted something more fun, and more political. Her parents have important positions within the merchant navy and she herself has a single trading vessel that does a single, fairly constant run back and forth from Kirighast in trade which keeps her comfortably wealthy. She hired and appointed the captain of the vessel herself, a man who calls himself the Great Yuan.
She believes that the Realm needs to focus less inward, and expand outwards more. That even without the Empress they shouldn't be bickering, but pushing for influence and greater control of the Satrapies around the Inner Sea. Since she is young though she can't directly try to make that happen, but she has her ways to influence things. Her parties are quite well known amongst the younger generation within the Imperial City. Its through these, through light political talks, short romances, fine food and drink and entertainment that she tries to impress her beliefs on those who will also be trying to influence the future of the Realm.

Her family doesn't talk much of their old lineage, reinventing themselves with their new family but from what she has picked up her family comes from Soras line within Ragara and before that migrated from somewhere in the Threashold.
