Trithne/SiderealsFix

Sidereals are fucked. Totally fucked. By that, I mean that their Charm mechanics are, in my opinion at least, terrible, and horribly metagame. Far too many of their Charms revolve around messing the game mechanics up in fruity ways. Like, Larceny being used to steal soak. WTF. Of course, this fix is mostly just for my benefit, and I imagine a lot of people just won't agree with my ideas in the first place.
