Anima Powers

THe Ebon Dragon, as the symbol of darkness, moves silently and un seen. For 10 motes, the Ebon dragon's chosen may cloak himself. Spending peripheral essence for this is ignored on the anima flare chart. No mortal may see or even attempt to percieve the Wyrm blooded. Exalted may make a reflexive awareness check to sense the Wyrm blooded. Dragon Blooded may actually see the wyrm blooded as a shadow, recieving a +2 difficulty to attack the "shadow".
