Chejop Kejak, Chosen of Secrets

The oldest Sidereal in existence, who will be dying soon. Source information can be found in Manual of Exalted Power: Sidereals (page 00 - 00).

Who can say that they saw the heights of the first age, participated in the highest decision making levels of the great fate reading and ultimately was the person responsible for the Usurpation? Who can say that they installed a puppet government after the Contagion that dominated Creation until only recently. Who is master of blackmail, treachery, manipulation and scheming, and still remains untouchable himself? Who is envied by nearly every Sidereal in Heaven (and probably even a few gods to boot). Only one man, Chejop Kejak, can say they have accomplished all of these tasks.

Motivation / involvement in campaign

Kejak is a background force, nothing more - although perhaps the PCs will get a chance to meet him some day. Kejak installed Glowering Bear as a spy into the Gold Faction, and their Cult of the Illuminated. Kejak has finally discovered where the Empress is, and what it potentially portends. Kejaks master plan of bringing the Dark Empress to justice, and of the Bronze Factions machinations in the plot of the Gold Faction, are undeniable - and, presently, unknown by any save Glowering Bear.

Kejak has assigned Glowering Bear to watch the Solars who exalted in the Scavenger Lands, for potential use of puppets to bring his whole plan to fruition. Kejak has failed to anticipate the possibility of his plan bringing and end to the Second Age, the age of sorrows, and cycling the wheel towards the new Third Age (unnamed as of yet). Kejak is arrogant and proud, a deadly combination. But that is tempered by his utter shrewdness, politically - and his keen insight into the hearts of man, exalt, and god alike.

Kejaks actions in the campaign will be primarily felt through his minion, Glowering Bear. He will be the tangental 'master of puppets' behind the scene, and mostly his initial hand of providing the base plot hook and overall story arc - beyond that he will be mostly reactive, changing elements to see his plan to fruition. Of course, the PCs can muck this up, which is why I love Exalted! :D
