>>>Could an Exalt summon a great fire elemental, for example, and force them to eat ice cubes and bathe in cold water for a month?<<<

It would probably die very quickly from this treatment. Expire, whatever. If they "die", the binding ends. Other gods would probably hear about it if you did it very often. I imagine they would not regard you well.

>>>Can they summon Elementals with Gifts such as Endowment and order them to use these Gifts again and again? How about Transport? Portal? Touch of Grace?<<<

Yep. They can do that.

>>>You'd figure that this Exalt would learn the error of his ways when these Gods came to extract vengeance, but upon summoning them, he binds them into peace-oaths (He is an Eclipse).<<<

This I would not permit. The being is not actually giving its word. If you do permit it, or have permitted it, it may be that the spirit has to fill out some paperwork to get the geasa lifted, and they'll be back, and if the character has been at all abusive to his servants, I can't imagine the Unconquered Sun will be pleased at his instantaneous fall into hubris. If you don't want to involve the deus ex machina of the unhappy sun God, he may find his diplomatic immunity revoked without previous notice.

>>>This guy is totally overshadowing every other Solar in the group. And I have no way to humble him without changing the powers as written which I /hate/ doing generally.<<<

Any other sorcerers in your game? Enemies of the character? Do they know Emerald Countermagic?

I would not generally say that summoning gods is possible, at least not as a Terrestrial Circle spell. Maybe Solar or Celestial, but in any case, I don't think it's easy or common.

Summoning cannot force a spiritual entity to betray its own nature. While this is just a quick ruling, I would say, at a first approximation, that you could no more make Swan Dragon accept a bribe or make Fakharu devour his mortal lover than you could make Zsofika not perform her hunting ritual. A good canonical example is a serpent-and-egg. Certain things force it to swallow its egg, and if it swallows it egg, there is a natural disaster. Nothing the sorcerer can do will stop that.

Just keep in mind that if binding elementals can get you in hot water, imagine what grabbing gods is going to set off. Not that you'd be the first Solar to think "I can fit that in my mouth!" but it didn't work out so well for the last bunch.
