The extra attacks are just extra attacks. The Charm is a Reflexive and Combos, etc in the same fashion as other Reflexive Charms. It's expensive and abusive, and I could certain see your Storyteller disqualifying several abuses I can easily think of. =)

I'd say it has to be magic directly influencing the attack, either a continuing Charm that derectly influences combat or a Charm used specifically on that one attack. Making yourself into an ox wouldn't count, using the Sorcerer's Blade spell or Claws of the Wood Dragon would.

I think this one is broken, I think the cost should be 3A, not 1A. In my experience, people hide behind it.

Yes to both. It might even get some idea what kind of fighting the Exalt specialized in from their Essence patterns.

Yes they have Essence, yes they can be detected with Measure the Wind, yes, you can steal their motes and wither them.
