Anything that contains a Charm you no longer have would be lost, though you would certainly remember how to perform the technique as a theoretical exercise well enough to instruct other Solars.
If you had martial arts combos, I'd let you keep them. Transformation into an Abyssal is not accompanied by a power drop. Much easier to go down than up.
