Deadly Twig Strike

In the heart of the wilderness, the Catgirl is always armed. she may pluck twigs from branches, grasp pine cones, pick up rocks, etc, and use them as arrows or thrown weapons. Such improvised weapons may function as any of the basic arrow types or as thrown knives, as the Catgirl desires.

Catch the Fly

It requires quick thinking to catch a fly. The Catgirl snaps out a hand instinctively at an incoming missile, thrown or fired, and may attempt to parry the shot with her full Wits + Thrown pool. If she succeeds in totally parrying the shot, she catches the arrow or thrown weapon. she may then do whatever she likes with it on her next action.


Charging Eagle Defense

  • Prerequisite Charms: Catch the Fly

The best defense is a good offense. The Catgirl attempts with this charm to knock an incoming missile out of the sky and counter-strike against her attacker. The Catgirl rolls Wits + Thrown or Archery as a parry against a Thrown or Archery attack. If the incoming attack is completely parried, any additional successes become a counterattack on the original attacker.

Flock of Eagles Defense

  • Cost: 2 motes, 1 WP
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Re-Fun
  • Minimum Wits: 5

  • Prerequisite Charms: Charging Eagle Defense

The Catgirl may immediately parry up to her Wits worth of incoming attacks by counter-firing a missile with Wits + Archery or Wits + Thrown as appropriate. If the incoming attack is completely parried, any additional successes become a counterattack on the original attacker.


Natural Bow

The Catgirl may quickly scrabble together elements of her environment to create a bow of composite quality within a single round. It still needs arrows.


Moonsilver Bow

  • Cost: 7 motes, 1 WP

  • Prerequisite Charms: Natural Bow

The Catgirl weaves together and transmutes elements of her environment, forming a bow of pure Moonsilver. It is Accuracy + 3, Damage + 2, Rate 2, Range 350 yards.


Nature's Arsenal

The Catgirl may continuously improvise weaponry from her environment; she can fire off rocks, twigs, passing rats, etc, treating them as either throwing knives or an arrow of any of the basic kinds.

The Catgirl can improvise any tools needed for a Larceny skill check from whatever happens to be handy; she must have something to work with, preferably natural.

The Catgirl may cobble together a functional key to any mundane lock from almost anything, doing so automatically.

The Catgirl gains a knack for creating traps and snares using only natural materials. In any wilderness environment with suitable materials, she may create traps which are both effective and hard to detect; she may build a trap rolling Wits + Craft out of improvised material; every extra success on the roll also makes the trap harder to detect by one success once placed.

Entangling Vines

The Catgirl may now craft nature into traps with a touch. she can make a trap out of natural materials using her Craft in a single round with but a touch.

The Catgirl can craft whatever tools she needs for a crafting job out of whatever materials are available, so long as things like sticks, rocks, bits of metal, string, pinecones, etc, are available. These tools last for a single scene.

The Catgirl can shapeshift part of her body into whatever tools she needs for a job for the rest of the scene.

The Catgirl may scribe runes which only other Catgirls may read, at a cost of 1 mote per word. This defeats any degree of Linguistics or successes on a Linguistics check, but it is not a perfect defense and will be defeated by any perfect Linguistics decoding.



Patient Ant's Labor

The Catgirl works patiently and efficiently; she can complete two days' labor in a single day, effectively doubling the amount of work she finishes in a given time frame.

Busy Beaver Method

The Catgirl works as hard as a dam-building beaver. For every 4 motes she burns, she can do another unit of labor in a given timeframe. (4 motes doubles her speed, 8 motes triples it, 12 motes quadruples, and so on.)

Blazing Repair Method
