Appearance

Chiyo is one of the youngest known Exalts, all of 12 years old, and short and young looking enough to be nine or ten. As a result, it is often hard for her to get anyone to take her seriously, though she is cute enough to use that to advantage sometimes. She is very short and child-like with bright orange hair (starting to turn Green) tied back in pig-tails, and big green eyes. She is usually smiling.

Fetishes

She is a Wise Witch, which is her Moe 2 Fetish.

Personality:

Bright and cheerful genius. She is still very perky, and quite brilliant, which is how she got into The Scarlet Institute For the Advancement of Arts and Sciences, combined with her early Exaltation. She's still in school, but will likely graduate by the time she is fifteen or sixteen. In the meantime, she has adventures with her friends in their time off from school.

She is often somewhat naive of how Realm Society works, as she was born and grew up in the Cat-Hacker Gang's tributaries in the Threshold, where there is a lot more cooperation between Magical Girls. Indeed, she's naive in general. One can expect that will be changed the next few years...

History:

Born to Cat-Hacker Mari and Lemarchand Marcus, she showed signs of future genius by learning to talk by age six months and learning to read by the age of 2. She underwent an accelerated education with tutors arranged by her fantastically wealthy parents (who found and secured a huge jade deposit for the house before her birth.)

Chiyo exalted when, out on a ride with her dog, she was assaulted by Oni Hounds. While Tadakichi held them off, she exalted when she chose to fight and drove them off with a hail of arrows (In the threshold, even kids don't go unarmed. This has been a public service announcement). Tadakichi somehow was augmented by her transformation as well.

Only now has she been sent to the Realm to learn its ways and pursue advanced training at The Scarlet Institute For the Advancement of Arts and Sciences, where she has made some friends.

She has stayed out of trouble so far, thanks to her money, intellect, and friends, but many resent the little genius, and it can be expected there will be trouble on the horizon...

Storyteller's Notes:

Chiyo is short and light enough and Tadakichi, her familiar, is huge enough for her to ride him as her mount. She typically does so in battle, using his mobility and speed to evade any foes. Tadakichi is like a War Dog, but has the following abilities: He can communicate in any language, though he usually pretends he understands nothing, He has an Intelligence of 2, and he has Brawl 3, Dodge 2.
