An "archeologist" exploring the remains of the First Age below the city of Nexus. He's the son of a poor family and has been working since he was old enough to hold down a job. He's also Tris' boyfriend. He's known Tris for about a year now. He met her while dining at her place of work: the King's Bounty tavern. Terik isn't quite sure what to make of Tris' recent Exaltation. He's afraid that her new powers and duties will ultimately separate them, but he cares enough about her to stick by her for as long as possible.
