A gem of amazing beauty falls into the hands of a person within the city. As brother kills brother just to stay near it, the city is slowly torn asunder by earthquake and war.

How this is supposed to work

First this spell has a pool of essence to spend on breaking and reshaping random sections of the land this spell is cast on. It breaks things up and knocks being off their feet with Teeth of the World. It reshapes the land with Element Weaving Style. Of course it needs essence to continue reshaping the land, which it obtains by feeding off of all those in contact with the land via Heart Stealing Kiss. The Heart Stealing Kiss focuses on willpower first to wear away any resistance and generally stop people from leaving. Finally we have the precious gem which is the Assumption of Earth enhanced with Shiftless Untamed Beauty.
