With skill beyond mortal ken, the lawgiver may tackle the jobs of a dozen men with ease. While acting as crew for a vehicle, the character may divide the number of crew members needed (both optimal and minimum) to perform properly by their Permanent Essence, to a minimum of 1 (the Exalt), round up. Multiple characters with this charm acting as crew for the same vehicle add their Permanent Essences together to perform the calculations. (For example, two Solars with Essence 2 would divide the needed crew by 4, and thus sail an eight man ship by themselves).
