This charm allows a Solar to leave a message on any Hub or send it to any Ordinatus disregarding blocks that may prevent it from reaching the destination. The message cannot contain anything except information (e.g., it this charm does not allow to send a virus through a Wall). Also, the charm does not guarantee that the message will be read.
Instant Deanonymization Glance

No one can throw dirt at Solars from the shadows. By casting a glance on a message, article or anything else sent to Web, the user of this charm can instantly determine the Ordinatus the message was sent from and its geographical location. Also, this charm allows to determine the author's identity if the Lawgiver has already seen other messages of this author (or knows him in real life).
