Watchet Squall Outline:
- Shaped like young, devious boys with pale blue skin.
- They conjure whimsical blizzards, furious snowstorms, and ice-borne hurricanes.
- They reside mostly in the North, where their powers don't interfere with most other elementals.
- Old and powerful... sort of like zephyrs, but more specialized.
- Tend to be at the eye of the storms that they cause.
- Vengeful, but not malicious in intent, usually.
- Quite versed in many types of lore.
