- The Legion’s Dragon Blooded officers have a long tradition of always wearing their armor into battles. Cloaks are a common item to have to keep yourself warm and also to present the colors your dragon or house. But cloaks are not appropriate in battle situations, so, this minor artifact was created. By committing 5 motes of essence, a fabric made of essence will form from the Jade collar. When it is no longer needed, the essence is returned to the bearer.
