Exalted: the Dragon Blooded

Chapter 3:

Outcastes
If your character is an "outcaste" dragon blooded from a powerful town such as Lookshy, you may use the fully educated Dragon Blooded statistics for character creation, as opposed to the "outcaste" stats.
Step 4: Advantages
Traditional Dragon-Blooded
Start with 10 charms, and 25 bonus points.
Immaculate Dragon-Blooded:
Start with 7 charms.
Note that Spirit Sight and Spirit Walking must be taken before any other Immaculate Dragon Path charms may be taken. They may take Ox-Body Technique with these charms if they wish. They also have 25 bonus points.

Chapter 5:

Elemental Bolt Attack / Elemental Burst Technique
Yes, these are still air aspected charms. A terrestrial may manifest any elemental effect that they wish when activating this charm.
Dragon Shroud Technique
This charm give a +2 difficulty to all actions involving any of the five senses against the character. These include but are not limited to attacks, charm use, perception rolls, and defending against the characters attacks. You cannot spend additional motes on this charm, as the beginning of this charm implies. This is stated in the errata.
Defense from Anthema Method
This charm applies to all magical attacks made by non-Dragon-Blooded against the charm user. If a character dodges and parries a charm based attack, these bonus successes apply twice. For purposes of this charm, attack should be read as "Any offensive action that can be dodged or parried, that is generated by or directly aided by a charm or sorcery". Directly aided means that there either must be a charm directly granting the actions (such as an extra action charm or the counterattacks provided by charms such as Steel Devil Style or Angry Predator Frenzy Method), or there must be a reflexive or supplemental charm used to create or directly enhance the attack (such as Fire and Stones Strike, or Solar Counterattack).
This charm offers no protection against indirectly aiding charms, such as Increasing Strength Exercise, or Bloodthirsty Sword-Dancer Spirit. It also does not specifically state that it works in a clinch, so, after being clinched, (which may be dodged and parried, and if the initial clinch attempt is augmented by a charm this does apply on those rolls), but this charm will in no way apply to actions taken during a clinch, such as attempting to escape, even if your opponent is using a charm to enhance the clinch.
Threshold Warding Stance
This charm does not grant a reflexive dodge as it seems to imply, it simply gives you the ability to dodge in areas where you could not normally dodge. This charm does, however, remove all penalties associated with lack of freedom of movement, and will remove the mobility penalties of armor.
Dragon Graced Weapon
The Air effect is at a difficulty of the Exalts essence.
Aura of Invulnerability
This increases your lethal and bashing soak by 1. This has no effect on aggravated soak.

Chapter 6:

Air Immaculates' chackram attack is considered a Simple action, and cannot be used multiple times in a turn without the use of an Extra Action charm. This was stated by GCG on the boards, because letting a character split their attack 5 ways to throw 25 chackrams would be "just silly".
Fire dragons’ paired short sword special ability works exactly as Sun and Moon Method from Caste Book: Night.
Even if you have all five dragon paths mastered, each specialty weapons will only work with their designated path, that is, you can never use chackrams to channel water dragon path, or a goremaul with fire dragon charms.
Avenging Wind Strike
This charm can be used to inflict massive bashing or lethal damage by flinging people into objects, just as normal with knock back effects.
Cloud Treading Method
This charm may not be used to increase the movement speed of characters who are not in contact with something more solid than air, I.E. characters that are currently flying cannot benefit form this charm.
Lightning Strikes Style
This charm applies to all hand to hand attacks that a character would make, including if they are using martial arts weapons that are not the specific weapon of air dragon path.
Hurricane Combat Method
The additional attacks granted by this charm are separate and cumulative with all other effects. You may use a simple charm, move up to your (Dexterity + 12)/2, and make these reflexive attacks all in one turn. Note: These are reflexive attacks, and like all reflexive actions, may be taken at any time during a turn, even before your initiative.
Perfection of Earth Body
The attack statistics granted with this charm count as a different weapon. These attacks are not additive to the statistics of a Tetsubo or Grand Goremaul used by an Earth Immaculate. These same statistics apply weather a punch kick, kneed, head butt, or any other martial arts attack is made.
Flame Flicker Stance
This charm should be of “Until next Action” duration.
Fire Dragon Form
This charm adds to any dodge attempt, regardless of how that dodge attempt was generated.
Water Dragon Form
The number of motes you can spend on this charm’s secondary effect is unlimited.
Wood Dragon Form
This form charm continues to operate until the end of the scene, or when the character is dead. This means that, even if knocked unconscious, this form will continue to heal the character.
Unbreakable Fascination Kata
If _anyone_ attacks during the kata, then it is interrupted. Also, this charm is applied to all people within line of sight of the Immaculate. They, however, do not have to be looking at the Immaculate for this charm to effect them.

Why do you want to give DB's 25 freebie points?

Is there any particular reason that magical attacks by mortals and spirits are defended against by Defense from Anthema Method?

Would you consider adding

Unbreakable Fascination Kata
If _anyone_ attacks during the kata, then it is interrupted.

Because DB are handicapped enough by the fact that they have the weakest charms, tiny essence pools, and such. Also, i usuallyl play mroe high powered game than msot people, so this make them about equal (that is, at the same power level they were before) with the boosted stats that the other exalted start with. Also, i disliked the immaculates having to spend 10 BP on essence automatically so thney coudl get the prerequs for their charms... so i upped it. i have yet to specify exactly... i relaly should, but i'm not exactly certian what i want my "base" celestials to do, and i think i'll wait for the sidereal book so i can balance everything ~Sab

Because DFAM is a pseudo relegious charm in basis, it protects from thigns that are defined as "anthema" but hte IO. Among those woudl certianly be mortals using any form of magic, and spirits getting out of their place and upsetting the celestial beurocracy by attacking their "betters", the princes of the earth.
