Resonance Reduction:

Resonance can be bled off once per day with an essence roll. The result on this roll determines how many points of resonance you bleed off. When you do this, you manifest a Black Miracle with a minimum value of your Permanent Essence, and a maximum value of the result of your Essence roll. The storyteller determines what effect takes place.
