Appearance
Salax was handsome when he was a Solar, but upon his Exaltation as an Abbysal that beauty became almost supernatural. His skin is a light grey, smooth and unblemished. Even covered in blood he has a captivating appearance. His eyes, also grey, are both warm and inviting, yet at the same time, piercing and dangerous. His body is well toned and strong as one would expect of a warrior, sharing the light grey tone from scalp to toes. Silver hair, smooth to the touch, falls around a smooth, facial hair-free face, hanging down to the shoulders when untied.
Personality
His days as a Solar Exalted hero has been mostly overridden by his days of being corrupted by the whispers of the Malfeans, the Lover, and his own acceptance of his current state. He is the cross between the noble, honorable hero and the dark bringer of death to all that lives. He accepts that for some, death is the best way to end the suffering of living, while still acknowledging that for others simply making their lives easier will end most suffering. At the same time, he acknowledges that corrupting Solars and leading them to become tainted monstrosities of their former selves at the hands of his liege is an evil act, but also his duty.
As such, his actions in all things are clouded by both sides. In most cases, however, his new life wins out. After all, she is capable of unleashing untold horrors upon him if he acts against her wishes and his own tainted destiny.
