Merits and Flaws
Merits:
Mutation (-6 BP)
- Due to his parents' proximity to the Wyld in their adventuring days, a Wyld mutation has been passed on to him, though they themselves suffered only Poxes that were easy to hide and all but forgotten. In his case, however, he has four tentacles that are not so easy to hide and forget about. The tentacles extend from the base of his spine, and with some practice and a bit of effort, he is able to wrap the tentacles around his middle to conceal them. He can use the tentacles for some limited manipulation (-3 Dexterity to a minimum of 1 for fine coordination), but is best at performing holds or sweep maneuvers. They are strong enough to throw an opponent, or they can constrict which does Strength + 3B damage each turn. These tentacles can only be stretched up to five yards, however. These limbs can be injured just like any other part of the body, but if one is severed, it will regenerate in a single day with rest.

Essence Leech (+6)
- The tentacles aren't without their drawbacks. They consume essence, including Diritas' own, and if he tried to make them subsist on his own, they would drink of him until there was nothing left. As such, Diritas is forced to attack other Exalted, preferrably solo Dragon-Bloods or newly starting Exalts. When performing holds or constricting attacks, the tentacles drain one mote of essence per turn. This essence, for the most part, simply disappears. The tentacles do not make any use of it other than to sustain themselves, and Diritas cannot borrow any from them.
