• [Turn 0]
  • Mettan, Jocelyn, Scar and Acturius appear within the Central Manse-Temple of Albin'Shar, thanks to a Portal conjured by a summoned Garda-Bird.
  • From the central altar, the Solars can see several groups of Immaculates studying the walls.

• [Turn 1]
  • An Air Immaculate Sorceror (Cathak Ineki Desita) begins to cast a spell upon seeing the Solars arrive.
  • Jocelyn begins casting "Impenetrable Frost Barrier"
  • Acturius launches an arrow at Cathak Ineki Desita and Hits!
  • Karess and Yari step through the Portal

• [Turn 2]
  • Mettan hits Cathak Ineki Desita.
  • Scar stands guard, watchful of the oncoming Immaculates.
  • Cathak Ineki Desita counters Jocelyn with a "Flying Guillotine" which injures her!
  • "Impenetrable Frost Barrier" appears around the Solars, and ignoring the pain, Jocelyn begins casting another spell.

• [Turn 3]
  • Mettan's arrow find's it's mark and slams through Cathak Ineki Desita's chest - killing him.
  • A second Air Immaculate (Cathak Duro Maren) flings 5 deadly spinning Jade Chakrams at Karess, who parries effortlessly.
  • At the southern entrance appears a roaring blaze of Fire Immaculates surrounding a central figure who is obviously their Superior.
  • Acturius releases an arrow at an on-rushing Fire Immaculate (Cathak Bukolu Mogura), who reflexively flickers away from harm.
  • Jocelyn unleashes "Internal Flame" upon Cathak Duro Maren, who begins to scream in agony! [3 Turns of it!]
  • Karess uses his Iron Raptor Technique to fling his Daiklave towards Cathak Duro Maren and causes a deep wound to the Immaculate's side. [12 dice damage! Only 3 HL!]

• [Turn 4]
  • Yari is beset by 3 arrows, but gracefully avoids each one.
  • Karess steps towards the still screaming Cathak Duro Maren, clutches his Daiklave's grip as it flies back to him and uses the momentum to spin around and drive it through Cathak Duro Maren's chest, who dies.
  • Mettan sees the ease at which the Fire Immaculates are able to dodge, and decides to attack from unexpected angles. He sends an arrow to the crystal dome to ricochet and is quietly smug when it hit's it's mark and plunges through Cathak Bukolu Mogura's collarbone and into his lungs. [6 HL!!!]
  • Acturius releases a Dazzling Flare Attack upon Cathak Bukolu Mogura which punches through his right thigh.
  • Jocelyn readies her bow and shoots at Cathak Bukolu Mogura, who collapses to the ground with her arrow through his chest.
  • More Immaculates keep running into the fray.

• [Turn 5]
  • A Water Immaculate (Cathak Krahn) appears through the mists.
  • Mettan rapid fires two arrows into Cathak Krahn's armoured chest, and sees them shatter upon impact, doing no damage.
  • Acturius also shoots Cathak Krahn, and is concerned to see his arrow bounce off the Immaculate's arm.
  • Jocelyn aims at Cathak Sediro Herong, who was running alongside Cathak Bukolu Mogura, but misses.

• [Turn 6]
  • Mettan sends a Firey Arrow towards Cathak Krahn and is disappointed to see the flames snuffed as the arrow shatters against the Immaculate's chest.
  • Acturius decides he cannot harm the Water Immaculate, and changes his target to Cathak Sediro Garg, releasing three quick shots. The first impales the Immaculate's shoulder, but the others miss. [4HL]
  • Jocelyn shoots at Cathak Sediro Herong again, but cannot seem to target them due to their essence enhanced dodges, and misses.

• [Turn 7]
  • Giving up on Cathak Krahn, Mettan turns his attantion to the rapidly closing Fire Immaculates. He sends two powerful attacks towards Cathak Sediro Herong but cannot penetrate their dodges and misses.
  • Acturius follows up on his success last turn and sends another three arrows towards Cathak Sediro Garg, but this time they all miss.
  • Jocelyn tries to hit Cathak Sediro Herong, but misses again.
  • [The players begin to hate the phrase, 'He spends a mote and dodges']

• [Turn 8]
  • Seeing the Circle getting surrounded, Mettan sends an arrow towards the Water Immaculate, but again does no damage, and then another arrow towards Cathak Sediro Herong, who dodges with ease.
  • Acturius sends three arrows towards Cathak Sediro Garg, but misses with each again.
  • Jocelyn shoots at Cathak Sediro Herong, and cries-out with frustration as he dodges again.

• [Turn 9]
  • The first wave of Immaculates arrive and begin battling the Solars.
  • Yari jabs at Cathak Duro Dipiri, but is avoided.
  • Karess swings at Cathak Nerapan and misses.
  • Mettan ricochets two arrows from the marble flagstone floor towards Cathak Sediro Herong. He shouts with joy as the first arrow pierces Cathak Sediro Herong's belly, and groans as ... [4HL]
  • Jocelyn's Jokun raises it's club and brings it down with a mighty crack onto Cathak Sediro Herong, who uses it as cover from Mettan's arrow as he jumps sideways, dodging both attacks!
  • Cathak Krahn performs a quick kata and bellows his Tsunami Force Shout into the Solars! Jocelyn survives unharmed, Mettan and Acturius are only lightly wounded [1HL-B], but the Jokun takes the brunt of the wave of essence fueled water and cracks appear over it's body! [5HL]. Fortunately for the Solars, the ill considered wave also damages Cathak Krahn's allies, injuring Cathak Duro Dipiri, mauling Cathak Sediro Narat, and almost crippling Cathak Sediro Herong (whose luck seems to be running out!) [4, 6 and 7HL respectively].
  • Scar jumps to Cathak Krahn's flank and brings Naz'Shiar whistling into the Monk's back, and then spinning the Orichalcum blade effortlessly into the Monk's chest, releasing a shower of sparks, but, to Scar's surprise, causing no harm to the Immaculate!
  • Cathak Nerapan and Cathak Sediro Narat simultaneously exhale scalding gouts of flame over Karess, severely burning him and causing him to drop into a defensive stance. [3HL each!]
  • Cathak Bukolu Supir and Cathak Nesad Moroko flank the Jokun and exhale scorching flames, fortunately Cathak Bukolu Supir is distracted briefly and is forced to swallow his own flames, but the other scores a solid burn as flames enter the damp cracks of the Jokun's body and the superheated steam causes more damage as it explodes outwards. [3HL]
  • Cathak Bukolu Mogura (whom everyone had assumed was dead, but who managed to stagger back to his feet in the confusion) and Cathak Sediro Herong come up on Scar's flank and also attempt to burn him with essence fueled flames, but Scar intercepts the first blast with the huge blade of Naz'Shiar and with an effort of will brings the blade around to intercept the other blast with his Heavenly-Guardian Defence.
  • Cathak Sediro Garg and Cathak Duro Dipiri converge upon Yari and (once again) blasts of flame are exhaled. Yari Flow's Like Blood in a twisting leap that avoids both blasts.
  • Acturius, feeling the pressure attempts to aid Karess and shoots Cathak Nerapan twice, but both arrows are dodged, and once at Cathak Sediro Narat who also easily avoids the attack.
  • Jocelyn aims and shoots at Cathak Nerapan, but she, also, is dodged.

• [Turn 10]
  • Cathak Krahn unleashes a vicious attack upon Scar with his Tiger Claws, but cannot penetrate Scar's skillful defence.
  • Cathak Bukolu Mogura and Cathak Sediro Herong once again breath deadly fire upon Scar who once again deflects the blasts with Naz'Shiar and the might of the Sun's chosen.
  • Cathak Sediro Garg and Cathak Duro Dipiri launch a blindingly fast series of thrusts, jabs and kicks towards Yari, who again shows them the folly of their pitiful Kung-Fu by effortlessly avoiding every attack.
  • Cathak Nerapan and Cathak Sediro Narat exhale flames upon Karess again, but now Karess is ready and has steeled himself against the flaming heat, which washes harmlessly over him.
  • Cathak Bukolu Supir and Cathak Nesad Moroko breathe flames over the Jokun again. The Jokun manages to avoid the first attack but is struck by the second and further damaged.
  • Karess launches from his crouch into a whirlwind of thrusts and cuts, attackin Cathak Nerapan and Cathak Sediro Narat twice each, but they call upon their Immaculate Kung-Fu and leap, duck, spin and roll away from him.
  • Scar brings Naz'Shiar down upon Cathak Bukolu Mogura (who leaps back to avoid being struck), and then pivots bringing Naz'Shiar horizontally into Cathak Sediro Herong's side. Scar completes the circle with Cathak Sediro Herong's torso balanced (and surprised) on the end of the Blade while the legs crumble and spill Immaculate blood over the floor. With a casual flick the torso is deposited before Cathak Bukolu Mogura as Scar brings the blade up for the next attack.
  • Acturius lets fly at Cathak Nerapan, who easily dodges the attack, and then shoots at Cathak Sediro Narat who is not so lucky and dies with a hole through his belly.
  • Jocelyn takes a breath and releases her arrow at Cathak Nerapan, and then curses in a most unlady-like manner as again the arrow is dodged!
  • Yari sends a hissing open-palmed attack at Cathak Sediro Garg's solar plexus who just barely manages to parry before realising the strike was a bluff as Yari grabs the Monk's wrist and pulls him forwards onto the other snaking attack, driving Yari's elbow firmly onto Cathak Sediro Garg's nose and with a sickening crunch, killing him instantly.
  • Mettan rolls forward and and releases an arrow at the ground between Karess' legs which successfully ricochets into the Cathak Nerapan, burying itself into the Immaculate's genitals and up into his intestines, crippling him. [8HL?] Then Mettan twists to face Yari and shoots at Cathak Duro Dipiri who manages to dodge...

• [Turn 11]
  • Cathak Krahn focuses his essence and pounds into Scar four times with his Crashing Wave Technique, but is parried each time, sending sparks flying from his Tiger Claws.
  • Yari assaults Cathak Duro Dipiri with a vicious punch to the neck, which is parried, and follows up with a snap kick to the knee, which is dodged.
  • Mettan aims Breath-Of-Justice at Cathak Duro Dipiri, who dodges, and then shoots over Scar's shoulder into Cathak Krahn's left eye and grins with relief as a trickle of blood appears on the Monk's cheek. [Yay for Ping!]
  • Scar sweeps Naz'Shiar towards Cathak Bukolu Mogura's legs, but cannot make contact.
  • Cathak Bukolu Mogura unleashes his Flaming Breath at Scar again, who is forced to use his Heavenly-Guardian Technique.
  • Cathak Nerapan expells a huge gout of flame at Karess who is unable to react in time. Karess gives a small cry and collapses amidst a charnel smell and smoke.
  • Cathak Bukolu Supir and Cathak Nesad Moroko incinerate the Jokun again but are unable to cause any further damage, however the Jokun knows it is nearly out of time, and so does Jocelyn.
  • Cathak Duro Dipiri attempts to blast Yari again with his Flame Breath, but Yari is too quick for him.
  • Jocelyn sends an arrow towards Cathak Bukolu Supir , but the Monk dodges again. She then cries out to the Jokun releasing it from her service, and breathes a sigh of relief as it disappears.
  • Acturius aims carefully towards Cathak Nerapan and releases a single arrow. The Monk dies, finally, clutching at the arrow through his neck.

• [Turn 12]
  • Cathak Krahn continues demonstrating Crashing-Wave Technique upon Scar. The first lightning fast punch strikes true, catching Scar in the face, but the remaining attacks are parried!
  • Scar growls through the pain, crouches low, then explodes upwards bringing Naz'Shiar around behind him into a blazing downward smash. Essence sparks trail behind the blade and somehow, as if from a great distance, the cry of a Phoenix is heard while Scar bellows "Taste my Vengeful Firey Phoenix Attack, bastard!". Cathak Krahn knows he cannot escape this golden doom, floods himself with the essence of water, and begins to ripple slightly. The mighty blade sweeps down and connects with the side of his neck. Water splashes outwards in a great spray as Naz'Shiar continues passing through Cathak Krahn's body at a greatly slowed rate, before suddenly bursting out his side in another spray of water and smashing into the flagstones with a shower of sparks. Cathak Krahn ripples for a few seconds longer as he brings himself into an offensive stance and intones "Your powers are as naught before my Bottomless Depth Defence, Anathema!" his voice sounding as if deep under water, and then with one short shake he is solid again sneering at Scar.
  • Yari darts forward to clinch Cathak Duro Dipiri but cannot get a solid grip.
  • Cathak Duro Dipiri expells another gout of flame but still cannot touch the mercurial Yari.
  • Cathak Bukolu Mogura swings his short Daiklaves into Scar who manages to parry only the first. The second slaps into his side and slides but fortunately does no real damage.
  • Cathak Nesad Moroko and Cathak Bukolu Supir atempt to carve up Jocelyn between them, but her Virtuous Guardian Of Flame parries them well enough that only a small sidestep is necessary to avoid all harm.
  • Jocelyn strikes once at each Monk, but they easily avoid her clumsy blows.
  • Acturius sees Jocelyn in trouble and from a kneeling position launches two arrows at Cathak Bukolu Supir's chest, and one at Cathak Nesad Moroko, but all are dodged.
  • Mettan releases two arrows over Acturius' shoulders. The first hits Cathak Bukolu Supir with such force he is thrown back and his dead body pinned to that of Cathak Nerapan, the second is once again dodged by Cathak Nesad Moroko.

• [Turn 13]
  • Yari leaps into the air and sends two powerful kicks towards Cathak Duro Dipiri, but both are dodged.
  • Cathak Duro Dipiri thrusts his two Daiklaves into the space where Yari was just a second ago and misses.
  • Cathak Bukolu Mogura hacks at Scar but is easily parried.
  • Cathak Nesad Moroko slices twice at Jocelyn, but is parried by the Flame Guardian and then dodged.
  • Mettan shoots Cathak Nesad Moroko and is pleasantly surprised to see the arrow jutting from the Monk's calf. He then spins to face Cathak Bukolu Mogura and releases another arrow, and is not too surprised to see it parried away.
  • Scar takes advantage of Cathak Bukolu Mogura's distraction and with a surprisingly fast swing of Naz'Shiar Cathak Bukolu Mogura is cleft from thigh to shoulder! Scar follows the attack through into Cathak Krahn who parries and launches a swift punch as counterattack, but misses, thrown slightly off centre by the mass of the Grand Daiklave.
  • Jocelyn nocks another arrow and fires at Cathak Nesad Moroko, who is caught off guard as he tries to remove Mettan's arrow and gets struck in the shoulder. She then turns and fires at Cathak Krahn who takes the arrow in his side but remains unharmed.
  • Acturius sees Cathak Nesad Moroko in trouble, takes a slow breath and shoots an arrow at the injured Monk. The arrow punches into Cathak Nesad Moroko's neck and through his spinal cord, rather messily decapitating him! Grinning with success, Acturius releases two quick shots at Cathak Krahn, the first catches the Monk's knee and injures him, but the second bounces off his armour.

• [Turn 14]
  • Cathak Krahn again performs Crashing-Wave Technique upon Scar who parries all four attacks.
  • Mettan, with sweat beginning to drip from his brow, launches two arrows at once towards Cathak Krahn, catching him simultaneously in the chest. The arrows shatter upon impact and a splinter catches the Monk in his undamaged eye; the only injury caused!
  • Yari leaps upon Cathak Duro Dipiri's shoulders and wraps his legs around the Immaculate's neck. With a nerve-jangling crunch, Cathak Duro Dipiri finally dies.
  • Scar spins Naz'Shiar and with a great shout swings at the momentarily blinded Cathak Krahn. The Grand Daiklave slams into Cathak Krahn's side and amid a shower of sparks slices it's way through the Black Jade Breastplate with ease. Cathak Krahn dies with curse on his lips and slides free of Naz'Shiar with a low sucking sound and a sharp thump.

• [Turn 15]
  • The Solars take stock.
  • Karess is barely alive, and Cathak Koren is nearly upon them, implacably striding towards them with his surroundings ablaze with both his power and that of his followers.
  • Things look bleak.
  • They quickly decide it would be better to retreat and recover than continue the fight in the Manse-Temple, so Mettan Picks up Karess and they start running to the North gate...
  • It all goes down hill from there! B-)
