Level 3 Artifact :

Costs 3 motes to attune, does damage as a Moonsilver Staff (Spd: +0, Acc: +2, Dam: +2L, Def: -2)

It's biggest power though, lies in it's versatility. For a cost of 3 motes the wielder may activate one of the following effects as a reflexive action

   * +4 Stealth;
   * +4 to all rolls involving dealing with Spirits one on one (Presence);
   * +4 to all rolls involving Mediation + Judgement (Investigation);
   * +4 soak (B+L);
   * +1 Temporary Willpower for Sorcery only.

All powers last for the Hearthstone's Rating in Turns, except for the final which must be spent within that many turns, but only as many points of Willpower as the Hearthstone's Rating can be spent per day, and these return at the rate of one per day. If the stone is drained of Willpower completely, all costs are doubled and all Hearthstone benefits are lost until fully restored.

The Fetish of the Moon was created in the First Age by an Apprentice No-Moon Sorceror in the South-East as a "final work" before Graduation. it is 5'6" long, and covered with intricate filigree.
